As an entrée for the beginning, we have prepared a small but tasty big starter.

Antipasto:
• Focaccia cube pugliese from crushed semolina with stracciatella cheese, spicy salami Nduja di Spilinga and sweet olives from Liguria.

Gourmet Pizza tasting:
• Pizza Prosciutto crudo San Daniele with right burratou pugliese and fig mustard
• Pumpkin with smoked Abbruzzino cheese, with Piacenza and rosemary
• Pizza with bacon, spicy Gorgonzola and acacia honey
• Pizza is sucked from cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana
• Pizza with red prawns and Burratou
• Pizza with real mushrooms and dried pork cheeks
• Pizza with anchovies and tomatoes Piennolo from the foot of Vesuvius

Desserts:
• Italian gelato
• Sorbet
• As a sweet dot for a great evening.

The price for tasting the menu for 1 person is 495, - CZK. (including antipasto, tasting gourmet pizzas and dessert tasting)
